MCG as a small business, our team and families are of utmost importance. Given the unprecedented time we are in and with the schools, company offices and public spaces closing, we understand we are all stretching and a bit discombobulated. As a company that embraces family and balance, we are asking our team to stay smart and safe. We will be requesting, if possible, to have all meetings be moved to virtual and be taking advantage of the technology tools we have. We expect to see kids in the background of video calls and hear pets during conference calls in the days ahead and, we will go forward.
We remind everyone, to take time to reflect and recognize the stress you may be feeling. Please pay attention to your coping mechanisms on how you and your family are managing change. We must all be agile and allow for the positives and negatives we face.
