Erin Shockley is the Administrator for MCG Partners. We are a firm specializing in leadership and talent optimization aligning your business and people strategy for maximum results.

Erin provides exceptional customer service to our clients and partners.

Previously, Erin worked in both corporate and non-profit settings. She brings over 25 years of administrative and marketing experience which gives her vast knowledge of many aspects of running the administrative side of a business.

As Office Administrator for Congregation Agudas Achim, she worked to streamline their processes and bring them into a more modern, automated work environment. She worked to move all of their traditional paper systems to digital and move in-person meetings to web-based platforms.

Prior to that, she managed administrative and marketing duties as the Office Coordinator for National Lumber. She boosted company morale as the event coordinator for company parties for over 500 employees and increased sales and revenue as the organizer for large corporate events for over 700 vendors and clients.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management and marketing from Bridgewater State University (BSU). There, she served as the Vice President of Marketing for her graduating class concentration. It was at BSU that she began her passion for improving business culture and identifying and utilizing the strengths of each member of a team.

Erin lives in Southeastern, MA with her husband, their two children, dog, and cat. Erin and her family enjoy traveling, especially to Vermont and Maine. She also enjoys day trips to Boston and spending time with family and friends.
