Paul Moran is Vice President, Consulting Services for MCG Partners, a consultancy specializing in leadership and talent optimization. Paul engages with clients to identify and implement strategies to optimize their talent and improve overall organizational performance.
Paul has more than two decades of international human capital and leadership development experience working with recognized industry global leaders, Heidrick & Struggles and Korn Ferry International, in addition to having had his own practice.
Paul has served clients across multiple industries including advanced technology, financial services, energy, professional services and manufacturing. He has successfully partnered with emerging growth start-up organizations, up through the Fortune 500 to implement programs for executive succession and selection, leadership development and alignment, team building, change management, leadership onboarding, and talent assessment.
Paul is passionate about the impact of coaching, organizational learning and technology on innovation and overall corporate performance. His experience includes the use of cognitive and organizational assessment techniques, learning and development programs, and executive coaching to support corporate growth and change.
Paul is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys both fishing and wildlife photography. He has also served on the boards of non-profit organizations including The Hurley House, in addition to his advisory board role with EngageTalent.
Paul currently resides in the Boston area with his wife and two daughters.
