Paul Moran is Vice President, Consulting Services with MCG Partners, a Boston-based leadership services and talent optimization firm. MCG serves clients with solutions designed to align their business and people strategy.
Paul has over 25 years of experience in executive search, assessments, and leadership solutions. Paul has worked with senior executives, board directors, and investors with highly successful start-up organizations up through Global 1000 enterprises, completing over 300 projects for executive and board selection, leadership development, and M&A support. Paul has extensive experience in the use of behavioral assessments in the selection process, in addition to the implementation of 360 assessments, coaching, training, and development programs for leadership and team alignment, succession planning, and organizational productivity.
Prior to joining MCG Partners, Paul served in senior partner and practice leadership roles for leading international search firms and boutiques, including Heidrick & Struggles, Korn Ferry International, and Polachi. Paul was the founder of CapFuze, a leadership and board search, assessment and talent solutions firm. Early in his career, Paul was Director of Business Development – Private Markets for Arthur Andersen, LLC.
Paul works with a team of over 50 leadership and talent optimization services consultants at MCG Partners, enabling a highly customized approach to each individual client’s unique needs. He has been recognized by industry analysts and leading publications including U.S. Staffing, TRG, and Forbes for his innovative approach in the use of analytics and advanced assessment in the selection process, and the resulting impact on overall project success.
Paul resides in the Boston area with his wife and two daughters. He holds a BS in marketing from Marist College and has served on boards for both talent-technology and nonprofit organizations.
