As Marketing Manager at MCG Partners, Annika Mollor supports strategic initiatives that connect brands with people, elevate the company’s presence, and strengthen client relationships.

Working in close collaboration with Vice President of Marketing, Kathryn Norris, Annika supports the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, client engagement, and business growth. She works on the planning and delivery of integrated campaigns, manages digital content and social media presence, and ensures consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Annika helps bring marketing strategies to life by supporting public relations campaigns, assisting with content initiatives, and coordinating events and partnerships that enhance MCG’s visibility. She also collaborates on campaign reporting and analytics to shape strategy and strengthen results.

Before joining MCG Partners, Annika held marketing and communications roles in both corporate and nonprofit settings. She supported outreach and donor engagement efforts for the American Red Cross and managed e-commerce marketing and digital campaigns for ShopSOLS.

Annika earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a minor in Human Rights from the University of Connecticut.

She is also certified in Digital Marketing through HubSpot and leverages the platform to support marketing automation, campaign execution, and data-driven strategy at MCG. She is passionate about connecting people and purpose through compelling storytelling, impactful campaigns, and meaningful brand experiences.

Originally from Massachusetts, Annika enjoys time outdoors, exploring new places with friends, and practicing yoga.
