Demetriouse specializes in the intersection between leadership development, diversity & inclusion and executive coaching. He leverages his leadership experiences in private equity, banking, executive education and management consulting to help organizations become efficient. His development style meets leaders where they are and helps them gain clarity around who they are as leader and readies them for leadership roles.
He has established proprietary methods, frameworks and tools that help leaders understand their leadership philosophy, brand and style. He is the creator and facilitator of the “To Lead or Not to Lead?” workshop that takes leaders on a journey of self-discovery about self-awareness, emotional intelligence and their personal leadership brand. As an executive coach, Demetriouse utilizes 360 assessments to help leaders identify gaps and to close them with pragmatic action plans.
Demetriouse has served as Executive Director of not-for-profit organizations and held Director-level positions in financial services firms. He was the Director of Private Equity for Progress Investment Management Company with responsibility for a $250 million portfolio of women and minority-owned private equity fund-of-funds investments. He attended Middlebury College and transferred to Morehouse College where earned a BA in History, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa. He attended the London School of Economics during his junior year on the prestigious Luard Morse Fellowship. His MBA is from Harvard Business School.
