Ngan Nguyen is an executive coach and facilitator for MCG Partners. We are a firm specializing in leadership and talent optimization.
Ngan has dedicated over 15 years to the study and understanding of self-leadership, business organizations, and universal principles of success. Drawing on her background as a Strategy Advisor for over 10 years in Fortune 100 companies and at McKinsey & Company, Ngan now serves as an executive coach and speaker, helping business leaders, entrepreneurs, and change-makers in achieving the results they desire and living into their full potential.
The coaching system that Ngan uses for executive clients is the Intelligent Leadership Executive Coaching Program. This system was recently named one of the top three advanced leadership development programs in the world, is a 9 to 12 month “immersive” leadership and personal growth journey that unlocks and unleashes a leader’s full potential so they truly become the best leaders and people they can be. This unique coaching process and mastered blueprint achieves this by igniting and strengthening a leader’s inner-core and outer-core, which enables the leader to realize 4 “game-changing” outcomes that they can leverage as leaders in their business and life: altruism, affiliation, achievement, and abundance (The 4 A’s). This blueprint for executive success is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Since 2010, this blueprint, created by John Mattone, have been used by leading executive and CEOs all over the world to help them become stronger, more effective and vibrant leaders and people. This model has been used by Steve Jobs, and the former legendary CEO of PepsiCo, Roger Enrico, who sought advice after his PepsiCo days in helping him transition to a coach and mentor to young leaders.
Ngan received a double Honors Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University in Biochemistry and Biophysics, and Bioengineering. She received her M.B.A. from Portland State University and Euromed Management Marseille. During her undergraduate education, she was a Howard Hughes Medical Institute Research Fellow, and also completed a Research Fellowship at Massachusetts Institute of Technology with the Institute of Soldier Nanotechnology. She received her coaching certification with the Life Mastery Institute, the Premier Transformational Coaching School, and is a certified coach with leading business coach, Eben Pagan. She is a certified Intelligent Leadership Executive Coach with John Mattone and is ICF Certified.
