Dr. Cree Scott is a consultant and executive coach with MCG Partners. She has a 15-years of expertise within the area of leadership development with change management solutions including: customized program and curriculum design aligned with business strategy, program evaluation, and coaching to optimize performance. She successfully engages stakeholders to design and implement strategies to meet the needs of multi-generational and diverse clientele and has a solid record of achievements in designing and implementing innovative strategies and solutions with high impact results.
Dr. Scott spent 10 years with Deloitte in various roles ranging from Manager to Senior Manager. She worked with a number of clients across multiple industries and sectors to include Federal, state, and local government, universities, non-profits, life health sciences, and energy. Dr. Scott has helped organizations identify their needs and recommend effective solutions within the areas of leadership development; executive coaching; employee well-being and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). A few highlights of the projects led by Dr. Scott include the design and development of numerous core and specialty courses and programs; leading the development strategy and succession planning for all US firm partners, principles, and managing directors; leading, designing and managing the national well-being curriculum & programming; DEI course and specialty program consultation; and oversight and implementation of a high-profile stigma reduction campaign for military mental health.
Prior to her work with Deloitte, Dr. Scott held various leadership roles within the professional services industry focused on leadership development, organizational change, and programmatic operations. Specifically, she has designed custom leadership development courses, programs, and experiences for professionals ranging from consultants up to C-suite executives.
Additionally, she has worked with individuals to help them along their journey of becoming the best version of themselves primarily through coaching. Her philosophy is grounded in authentic self-discovery used to empower individuals to make informed decisions toward maintaining an overall sense of well-being. She utilizes a strength-based and cognitive-behavioral approach infused with empathy, compassion, and levity (when appropriate) to help her clients achieve their goals.
Dr. Scott holds a doctorate in Psychology and an MBA certification from Xavier University. She also holds a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
