Sharon is a seasoned Human Resources professional passionate about driving organizational success and empowering teams to achieve their full potential. She is a thoughtful partner and trusted advisor to leadership and thrives on guiding organizations to successful outcomes.

Sharon takes a collaborative approach, connecting with people at all levels and cultivating strong and transparent relationships to ensure alignment with talent development and organizational goals. Her areas of expertise include organizational values, culture, employee engagement, team building, management training, leadership development, new leader onboarding, managing change, and hybrid workforce effectiveness.

Throughout her career, Sharon has progressively held senior roles in HR, leading companies in various industries including commercial real estate & development, contract furniture, fitness, non-profit, legal, entertainment, engineering and manufacturing. She has operated as a department of one in several roles and brings a unique understanding of the challenges of balancing day-to-day hands-on tactical and overall strategic vision.

Sharon lives north of Boston in Melrose with her children and their dog. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst – Isenberg School. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and active in a number of professional organizations including, The Northeast Human Resource Association (NEHRA), Human Resource Leadership Forum (HRLF), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the Boston HR Council (BHRC).
