Erinne Tripp
Vice President of Client Services
Erinne is the Vice President of Client Services for MCG Partners. MCG specializes in leadership, culture, and talent optimization by aligning your business and people strategy for maximum results.
Erinne provides advisory and consulting services, delivers customized training programs, and assists our PI® clients with talent management, selection, onboarding, team building, management effectiveness and performance management needs. Erinne brings over 20 years of human resource expertise including professional development, coaching, talent acquisition, on-boarding, training, and performance management.
Previously Erinne worked as a Senior Recruiter for Analysis Group, Inc., an economic, financial and business strategy consulting firm. In this role Erinne managed the candidate selection process for 10 offices in the U.S. and Canada.
Prior, Erinne was a Human Resource Associate and Senior Recruiter for The Baupost Group, LLC, an employee owned hedge fund sponsor. In this role Erinne provided career development and performance coaching, recruiting, new hire assimilation and assisted with the annual performance review process.
Erinne started her career in human resources at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, a multinational professional services network offering auditing, accounting and assurance services. During the first five years with PwC, Erinne focused on talent acquisition. Following her work in recruiting, Erinne took on a role in human resources where she focused on employee relations, performance management and professional development coaching.
Erinne holds a BA from Hobart and William Smith Colleges where she majored in psychology and is a certified Analyst in the Predictive Index® (PI®). She has worked with and coordinated corporate volunteer programs with not-for-profit organizations such as Cradles to Crayons, Room to Grow, Rosie’s Kitchen, The Greater Boston Food Bank and more. Erinne is also a proud supporter of the American Diabetes Association and Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
