Allie Antczak
Manager of Client Services

Allie Antczak is the Manager of Client Services at MCG Partners. We are a firm specializing in leadership and talent optimization aligning your business and people strategy for maximum results.

Allie works with clients to identify strategies to improve overall organizational performance through customized trainings, consulting services, leadership development, and leveraging the Predictive Index (PI).

Allie was most recently in a client development role at a company in Boston.  She worked with a variety of companies, helping them to leverage Artificial Intelligence and technology in their organization. She has developed a passion for working closely with people and helping organizations discover solutions and tools to optimize their talent, to keep not only their business thriving but individuals as well.

Allie started her career in hospitality at Loon Mountain Ski Resort in Lincoln, New Hampshire where she planned weddings and corporate events, and worked with the community to bring business to the area throughout all four seasons. After several years in the mountains, she wanted to move closer to the city.

Allie graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a BA in Communications. She currently lives just north of Boston in Ipswich, MA where she spends a lot of time with family and takes advantage of being close to the beach as much as possible. She is an avid reader, concert go-er, and loves any activity that gets her outside and moving.
