Michèle Barnett Berg is a Senior Vice President, Executive Coach, Leadership Developer & Facilitator of MCG Partners, a woman-owned, greater Boston-based management consultancy specializing in leadership development, executive coaching, organization effectiveness, management training, and career management solutions. MCG has worked with over 175 organizations in the last 10 years.

Michèle has over two decades of international human capital consulting experience including leadership and talent development, change management, executive onboarding, team building facilitation, organizational optimization and design, executive coaching, executive search, and talent assessment. She has worked with a variety of global clients and organizations in the private and public sector as well as with academic and executive education institutions.

After completing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of California, Santa Cruz, Michèle began her career in recruiting and executive search. She worked for Korn/Ferry International where she conducted C-suite searches for the Advanced Technology, Professional Services and Venture Capital practices. She went on to work for two start-ups, spent some time in management consulting and then served as Senior Advisor on Human Capital to Christopher Burnham, the Assistant Secretary/Chief Financial Officer at US Department of State during the agency’s Resource Management reorganization under Secretary Colin Powell.

After moving to Switzerland, Michèle joined IMD, a top ranking international business school, as a career strategy coach for their MBA program and as a business case writer focused on innovation and leadership topics and creating executive education program materials. Michèle has worked in Asia consulting to Hong Kong University of Science and Technology on the design and pilot of their MBA Career Strategy program and with Singapore Management University on various case writing projects. Michèle most recently lived in Sweden and has worked as an executive coach with the Stockholm School of Economics Executive MBA program since 2014 where she has been a co-creator of the Leadershiplive Coaching Program.

As a Harvard Business School executive coach, Michèle provides coaching, facilitation and advisory services to attending global executives. She is involved with Launch MIT’s $100K start up awards program and serves as a mentor to start ups. Michèle is a certified analyst in the Predictive Index® (PI®), and an MBTI® practitioner and works with individuals and teams to use these tools for improved communication, collaboration and productivity.

Linda Cataldo is the Director of Human Resources for Cambridge Systematics. Linda oversees all aspects of talent management, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development and total rewards, in addition to participating as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Linda has over 20 years’ experience in human resources and organization development, and has worked in multiple industries. Previously, Linda held numerous roles with Tufts University, including Vice President of Human Resources, Director of Employee Relations and Employment and external consultant. In these roles she provided stewardship of the end-to-end talent strategy, as well as strategic planning, change management and process redesign, interacting with all levels of the University. Linda holds a BA from Saint Mary’s of California where she majored in management, and a MA from University of San Francisco in Human Resources and Organization Development. Linda is a Senior Professional in Human Resources® SPHR®, and has certifications in Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP), Korn Ferry Leadership Architect™ and is a certified Analyst in the Predictive Index® (PI®). Outside of work, Linda enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering for community-based organizations, gardening and photography.
