Erica has been delivering training and development workshops to international audiences for the past two decades. During her career, Erica has enjoyed leading workshops and providing one-on-one coaching to professionals from a diverse range of industries, functions, and organizational levels. She has coached 100’s of individuals and delivered hundreds of workshops, and is consistently recognized for being genuine, compassionate, and enthusiastic, and for customizing her approach to meet each client’s individual needs.
Erica has worked for two leading career management and training and development firms in the Boston area, a leading international relocation company, as well as in the graduate and undergraduate centers for career development at Babson College. Additionally, Erica has a background in organizational development consulting.
Erica holds an MBA in Organizational Development from Babson College and completed her undergraduate work, majoring in French, and concentrating in Psychology, at Bates College. She has lived abroad in France and is fluent in French. She is a Certified Predictive Index (PI) Master Trainer and is certified in Myers Briggs (MBTI) and Motivation Factor. Erica loves spending her free time with her family outdoors, hiking, biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, sailing, and skiing.
